It’s sad really.. that Scrum / Agile has been adopted as a ‘solution’ to organizational issues. I’ve wondered if the writing & insights of Peter Drucker, Ed Deming, etc would come back into style, but I don’t see it… I’d love to hear otherwise.
Thanks Fish Taco. Yes, I love that point. Klaus Leopold has a nearly identical image shows 15 steps, the 11th of which is "dev", and there it says, "Yay we're so f'ing agile!" It's also similar to Reinertsen's "fuzzy front" end and the "urgency paradox".
